If you love seafood, this place is a must! But you better be hungry and bring lots of family and friends because it's a FEAST!
This very family friendly restaurant lets you meet, hold and take selfies with the lobster you're about to enjoy. The seafood towers are s real sight and a creative way to prepare and showcase the food.
This is the type of place you talk about for a while after you've visited. The meal is an experience, not just dinner. -

Wanted to have a special meal with the family and heard about this on YouTube. They serve lobster and Alaskan King Crab (not frozen). We ordered one of the bundled meals with lobster fried rice, Lobster mountain dish, and some vegetables. We put in a request for the amount of pounds of lobster (we did 6 lbs). They ended up pulling out the exact lobster that would be cooked for us (it's HUGE btw). Once that happened you put on some plastic gloves and wait for the dishes to come out. The Lobster Mountain was GIGANTIC with a combination of the lobster shelled and cooked PERFECTLY and mixed in that mountain was lettuce, fried whitefish, and some fries it looked like. Each piece of the lobster was juicy and piping hot. The white fish was delicious as well...crispy goodness. The lobster fried rice was also super flavorful and had all that lobster goodness mixed in it too. Lastly the veggies was steamed wonderfully and had this amazing veggie soup it was immersed in. There's so many cool tanks that had live lobster and king crab floating around.
Overall, I think you should definitely work to make this place a checklist restaurant to visit and eat at. It's an amazing experience and the waiters etc were AWESOME. -

Came here with my family of 8. We got the $499 combo with the 15lb lobster tower and 6lb steamed crab.
The first thing that irked me was that they do try to up sell. They brought out seafood that was heavier than set on the menu, and we had to pay an extra $45. That's basically 10% extra on top of our bill!
The lobster tower came out and that was very good. This was my fourth time here and this continues to be the star of the show. There were some pieces from the claws specifically that were undercooked - but the shells were VERY thick in this area so we let this slide despite wasted meat...
Simultaneously with the lobster was the snow pea shoot dish. Nothing remarkable to say here.
After feasting for at least 20 mins, the manager came out and said something went wrong with our king crab order - that the chef had thrown out the "tips" of the crab by accident. We were all kind of confused and honestly this ruined the mood of the dinner. He offered us free dishes of our choice and gave us the oyster (really good) and crab fried rice (good too). However this actually caused a lot of confusion with the servers as these items were not listed as things we had ordered, so they kept bringing our dishes back and forth causing more confusion and unnecessary stress for us/everybody.
When the crab came out it looked so small and sad. I'm not sure how much the "tips" affected the size of the dish but the free oysters + rice was not enough to compensate. You could taste the natural sweetness of the crab but because of the steamed nature of the dish it was just really bland as well. Do not recommend the steamed crab at all.
Lastly was the dessert - macarons. They were fine but just an odd choice why they would serve this at the end of a Chinese feast.
With drinks, our total was $700 cash. I would say it's slightly overpriced for the experience we got particularly. If everything came out perfectly, $700 is reasonable. But the kitchen messed up our order. Even though they gave us free dishes, we actually still feel ripped off because the value of the king crab is so much higher. I feel for customer satisfaction, or really if this were to happen anywhere else, the manager would've offered more. Maybe because they're just too busy now the customer service has really gone down and it feels they're only in it for the money. Everything felt rushed, the servers were not personable, even the manager was not genuinely apologetic when he came over. And like mentioned, the food was not perfect.
All in all, I'd say if you've never been it is worth it to come just to try the lobster tower. However, for myself, I am not rushing to come back anytime soon. -

We got the massive 600$ lobster tower that came with a soup, some veggies and a bottle of white wine. The lobsters were huge and it was impressive to look at. They fried it with garlic and onions and it came with fries. Although it was very flavorful and fresh, it became a bit boring to eat the same oily flavor after a few pieces.
The place is huge and it's surrounded by aquariums with their fresh seafood. They show you the lobsters before cooking them. The service was fast and great.
Make sure you reserve before coming. -

I'm not a huge fan of lobster, but if you are, this is the place to be. The lobsters here are ginormous.
We ordered one of the lunch/dinner sets for $299, which apparently feeds 4-6 people. That was an understatement. We had plenty of leftovers, especially with the Lobster Mountain in the mix (fried lobster with garlic bits, dried fish, on top of French fries).
Dinner set included steamed lobster with butter and lemon, the Lobster Mountain, lobster over pea sprouts and noodles, lobster roe fried rice, and a large mouth steamed bass. The traditional steamed lobster with butter and lemon, and the monstrous Lobster Mountain were my favorites.
Overall, we had over twelve pounds of lobster for lunch. Gluttony at it's finest.
Like I said, if you're a lobster lover, 'tis the place to be.
